Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the BK33 platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. BK33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify BK33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

BK33 reserves the right to monitor all activity on the platform for compliance with these Terms. Suspicious or irregular activity may result in Account suspension, investigation, and, where warranted, permanent closure with forfeiture of funds.
BK33 accepts deposits made exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following authorised payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at BK33's discretion.
All transactions on the BK33 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). BK33 does not apply currency conversion charges. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
BK33 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The average processing time for standard withdrawals is under fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on payment method, KYC status, and volume of requests.
Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply to certain accounts or tiers within the BK33 loyalty programme. Gold VIP Members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits as part of their membership benefits. Specific limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.
Note: BK33 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Any charges applied by receiving banks or e-wallet providers are outside BK33's control and will be borne by the player.
BK33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this Section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
BK33 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk wagering strategies, and coluding with other players to extract bonus value. Where such conduct is detected, BK33 reserves the right to void bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.
All bets and wagers placed on BK33 are subject to the applicable game rules, which are displayed within each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.
BK33 offers sports betting markets across wide range of events, including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other internationally recognised competitions. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. BK33 reserves the right to void, cancel, or adjust bets in circumstances including — but not limited to — technical errors, manifest pricing errors, match abandonment, or confirmed match-fixing.
Live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. BK33 uses certified third-party live dealer providers whose games are independently audited for fairness. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome shall be determined in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting BK33 customer support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any applicable withdrawable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
BK33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the Account holder has: violated these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; provided false or misleading information; or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, BK33 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds. BK33 will notify the player of the closure reason where it is legally permissible to do so.
BK33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BK33 will notify registered players via email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to BK33's operating jurisdiction.
